What is considered low State Intervention
- State limited to: protection of property rights, enforcement of contracts, national defense and justice.
- Sound money (gold standard or free banking).
- No price/wage controls, no tariffs, no generalized subsidies.
- Approximate historical example: Hong Kong in its most liberal stage or the US in the 19th century in many aspects.
